"Like all great travelers,
I have seen more than I remember,
and remember more than I have seen."

Benjamin Disraeli

This video is one of my favorites.

The song "Stand By Me" was performed by The Platters & many other artists, including John Lennon.

This music video was produced by Playing For Change and is outstanding.

Enjoy!

I know, I know...the video commercial to the right doesn't give us a good moral lesson.  But it sure is funny.

This one was produced by "The Captain".
A rum drink that's favored by some.

I turned eleven the year that Martin Luther King gave his famous "I have a Dream" speech.

I turned sixteen the year he was assassinated.

My inner-most being will never be the same.

What an amazing man!

Ah Max...you're a beautiful soul!

I guess I'm a hopeless romantic.  This little video reminded me of the first note I gave to a girl in my class that I thought was absolutely wonderful.

I think I'll write a note to the woman that married me & who puts up with all my peccadilloes.

Free Hugs.

Enough said.

Ah yes...this video will instantly understood by every guy out there.

Please feel free to share this.

If you haven't heard S. M. Lockridge's short sermon entitled "That's My King", you are in for a wonderful experience.  I presented this to our church's senior high school youth.

Wikipedia has a short biography about Dr. Lockridge.

Enjoy!

David Byrne is an amazing artist.
I became convinced of this when he & the "Talking Heads" made a movie called True Stories.
It was also the first time I saw John Goodman on film.

David Byrne has a book published September, 2009 called Bicycle Diaries.
Please let me know how good it is!

undulatus asperatus

This may become the first new cloud type to be recognized by scientists since 1951.

Dubbed "undulatus asperatus", the atmospheric anomaly could be headed where only 80-odd clouds have gone before:  into the International Cloud Atlas.
